    GetBoards.com was super communicative and put in extra effort to deliver great customer service. When I placed this order, this item was nabbed in-store before the inventory system updated their online stock. Customer service went out their way to reach out via phone to let me know about the delay, and that they'd made arrangements with Vans to get me the boots PLUS an upgrade. I got the goods, and handwritten note, and am super happy. I appreciated the extra effort to keep me in the loop and will be shopping this store again. Oh, and these boots are rad! I have slightly wide feet and am usually a 7.5 so I went up a half size and they're perfect, comfy, and solidly made.
