Getboards top rated park specific ski, the Line step up skis carry undeniable strength and deserves respect on the hill.  If you want to talk hardcore park skis the discussion cannot end without mentioning the Line skis 2012. This year the Line Step Up Skis return but only in name, the Line engineers busted out a brand new shape and construction vaulting the Stepup into the elite category of park rides. The all new Deckwall construction takes two maple veneer layers from Line's renowned Skatedeck construction and sandwiches them around the proven maple Macroblock core with full sidewalls. Sound complicated? It is. However the proof of the effort is in the ride. This construction makes the Line skis 2012 one of the firmest symmetrical skis available with insane pop and durability that can still press out butters all day. For all the jib happy riders Line sticks with the Fatty Base and Edge to keep the Stepup going all season long with a slight tweak. Thats right, Line put a RACE quality base on the Stepup. Now this does mean you will have to wax from time to time but it's a fair trade for knowing you will always be able to gather enough speed for those 80 footers. The Stepup is pure park all the time and was built with one thing in mind, absolute dominance of the biggest park features on earth. Check out our Ski Shop Online for more deals on other brands.

tried this ski at the demos. fast, poppy, symmetrically awesome. I believe the base material is the same base material Herman Maier won the world cup down hill with
