Dalbello reversed the front buckle on the boot so that it won't pop open while hiking for turns, and you won't accidentally grind if off in the park. The Krypton Kingston's three-piece design provides uniform foot and lower-leg closure with consistent support; this makes the Krypton Kingston more responsive and powerful than traditional ski boots.
