It's built on a bombproof aluminum chassis for lightning quick energy transfer underfoot, with a little more park-friendly flex in the hiback. All-day riding comfort comes courtesy of our Exo-Kush strap made from expanded EVA, together with a full-length canted BankBed that soaks up bumps and works more efficiently with your natural stance.

Technology

• This version of the NX2 features a Hybrid-style strap. The toe and ankle parts are connected for fast entry but retain the classic feel of a regular two-strap binder – with plenty of freedom to get your tweak on.
• The NX2's iconic baseplate is made from aircraft-grade aluminum for precise edge control and minimal weight.
• Active Strap Tech raises the whole rig automatically when the hiback is reclined, making it even quicker to get locked and loaded.

• Nylon+ FX Uniback Highback: A super lightweight highback that's ergonomically designed to fit the contours of your boot, with a wide area of support for more drive. Glass-filled nylon delivers a great balance of response and tweakability. 30% Glass Fiber / 70% Nylon

• Exo Kush Hybrid Strap: A two-layer strap combining a comfy layer of expanded-EVA with a durable exo-skeleton. Its Hybrid design connects the toe and ankle parts to enable rapid entry and retains the freestyle-friendly feel of a regular two-strap binder.

• Hexo Toecap Toestrap: The Hexo Toecap strap features AuxTech®; a 3D hinged auxetic pattern that expands evenly over your boot for next level comfort.

• LSR 2.0 Auto-Lock Buckles: Nidecker's next-gen LSR 2.0 automatically locks in both directions as soon as you stop cranking. Quickly set your preferred strap tension for speed entry or make rapid adjustments on the fly.

• Active Strap: Active Strap Technology automatically lifts the straps when you recline the highback, creating space for rapid entry and exit. Once closed, the straps instantly return to your pre-selected tension.
• AuxTech®: AuxTech® straps feature a geometric webbed design that expands evenly around your boot without stretching the material. Enjoy better pressure distribution, less foot fatigue and a more direct feeling of connection.
• BankBeds: Nidecker designed its footbeds with a 2.5º canted contact surface for optimal ankle and knee alignment and efficient energy transmission.
• Multi-Disk NX2 (4HP+3HP+Channel): All NX2 bindings ship with our Aluminum Offset Multi-Disks compatible with all standard binding inserts including 4x4, 4x2, 3HP and the M6 Channel. The hole patterns are offset from the center for more toe-heel or stance-width adjustability.
• Quick-Set Latches: Adjust your straps on the medial side to fit the boot and keep them centered. Quick-Set Latches are tool-free, simple and secure, with numbers on the ladder to help you quickly dial in your setting.
• Slip-N-Grip: Smooth plates strategically placed inside the binding to reduce friction with the outsole of your boot. Slip-N-Grip allows you to easily slide your foot in and out without compromising the underfoot comfort of Nidecker's BankBeds.
