The mid-flex Fuse is sick for getting loose in the park and finding creative lines anywhere on the mountain. The baseplate and hiback are both constructed from glass-injected nylon, enabling you to lean easily into presses, tweak the crap out of grabs and bring a surfier style to your turns. Like all our Flow Design bindings, a high-tensile steel cable enables rapid entry through the reclining hiback and accelerates toe-to-heel response. Buckle up.

Technology

• This version of the Fuse features a Hybrid-style strap.The toe and ankle parts are connected for fast entry but retain the classic feel of a regular two-strap binder – with plenty of freedom to get your tweak on.
• Next gen LSR 2.0 ratchets automatically lock the buckle in place as soon as you stop cranking, so you can instantly dial in your preferred strap tension and make quick adjustments on the fly.
• Slip-N-Grip plates minimise friction underfoot to speed up entry using the legendary Flow Design system.

• Exo Kush Hybrid Strap: A two-layer strap combining a comfy layer of expanded-EVA with a durable exo-skeleton. Its Hybrid design connects the toe and ankle parts to enable rapid entry and retains the freestyle-friendly feel of a regular two-strap binder.

• Hexo Toecap Toestrap: The Hexo Toecap strap features AuxTech®; a 3D hinged auxetic pattern that expands evenly over your boot for next level comfort.

• LSR 2.0 Auto-Lock Buckles: Nidecker's next-gen LSR 2.0 automatically locks in both directions as soon as you stop cranking. Quickly set your preferred strap tension for speed entry or make rapid adjustments on the fly.

• Active Strap: Active Strap Technology automatically lifts the straps when you recline the highback, creating space for rapid entry and exit. Once closed, the straps instantly return to your pre-selected tension.
• AuxTech®: AuxTech® straps feature a geometric webbed design that expands evenly around your boot without stretching the material. Enjoy better pressure distribution, less foot fatigue and a more direct feeling of connection.
• BankBeds: Nidecker designed its footbeds with a 2.5º canted contact surface for optimal ankle and knee alignment and efficient energy transmission.
• Multi-Disk NX2 (4HP+Channel): Nidecker's standard Offset Multi-Disk can be mounted on four-hole or Channel inserts – without the need for an accessory disk. The hole patterns are offset from the center for more toe-heel or stance-width adjustability.
• Quick-Set Latches: Adjust your straps on the medial side to fit the boot and keep them centered. Quick-Set Latches are tool-free, simple and secure, with numbers on the ladder to help you quickly dial in your setting.
• Slip-N-Grip: Smooth plates strategically placed inside the binding to reduce friction with the outsole of your boot. Slip-N-Grip allows you to easily slide your foot in and out without compromising the underfoot comfort of Nidecker's BankBeds.
