Bataleon Disaster Snowboard 2026
The Bataleon Disaster Snowboard is the kind of disaster you want to happen—chaotic in the best way possible. This soft-flexing jib machine is made for effortless pressing, smooth slides, and that loose, skate-like feel that makes every park lap a party. With Triple Base Technology keeping edge catches at bay, it’s forgiving, fun, and just the right amount of out-of-control. Embrace the mayhem—this Disaster is built to wreck the park, not your ride.
Rocker Type
Low Camber – Camber profiles are defined from low to high. Higher camber make for more dynamic boards that need to be ridden more aggressively to get maximum performance. Lower camber boards are smoother on lower speeds and in powder. All camber profiles run from nose to tail.
Flex
Flex Rating – 3 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff)
Shape
3BT™ Triple Base Technology™ – Triple Base Technology™ is awesome. The lifted sidebase areas at the widest points of the board make a lot of sense. The boards turn smoother and faster and it helps when you are not completely clean on your landings.
Low Nose Uplift
Low Tail Uplift
Core
Core Core – Full poplar with beech hardwood laid tip to tail along the inserts strengthening the board’s backbone, reinforcing the inserts and producing more pop.
Laminates
Biax Laminate – Bataleon's traditional and time tested two-way weave of fiberglass is light, strong and responsive; keeping the board snappy without adding torsional stiffness.
Sidewalls
Flex Walls – Urethane Poured Sidewalls offer exceptional shock absorption, reducing chatter and vibration for a smoother, more stable ride.
