If you purchase one pair of boots and they do not fit you may return them unused for another size or a full refund. All returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product, unused.

Not sure what size to order? Whatever shoe size you wear is what you want to order. Some customers will order a half size larger so they have room for ski socks.
