Overview
Vincent introduced the world his VCT model a few years ago and, at the time, as a powder ski. As the years have gone by, the VCT has become an equally respected all mountain tool. The VCT comes in four lengths, each with a surface area plenty wide for powder days but also responsive in variable snow conditions. The is one of the most liked skis by the team for these very reasons. The newly integrated HI-LITEcore and Q-45weave technology furthers this skis' agility all the around the mountain in all conditions.

The VCT from 4FRNT has always been a popular choice for all-mountain enthusiasts, and this year is no exception. "Solid all-mountain performance," is what one tester wrote, a sentiment echoed by almost every tester. "Fun, quick turns in the trees," added another. "You can do a bit of everything with this ski...it's very stable, and it's solid without feeling dead," explained another. The longer lengths display good stability to care huge GS turns, while the shorter skis were more fun to play on in the trees.

Rider Reviews

As written by Jason Scheben (Alaska):
The VCT 189 is the absolute “do it all”, w/out limits, bad-ass ski! I love it! You can slash the deepest any density pow, it’s stable at mach speeds for straightees and flashing, world cup rail a groomer like Ingemar Stenmark, bump it up, jump turn the tightees, light for touring, and sick for jumping and stomping! The design covers all bases- it’s a big-mountain / resort genius!

As written by Torgrim Vole (Norway):
VCT 189: Is without doubt my all-time favourite. A ski you can either jump, shred or just cruise with. I love being able to switch between tree-runs, slopes and even the bigger lines without having to waste time going to the car to change skis. They prefer the steeper areas though.
VCT 182: Nothing less than a big-mountain ski with pop. I like the fact that me, being a light-weighter, are able to pop ollies and nollies of small cliffs and drops. Superb for bc-jibbing and park-riding also. I think fun is the word that describes this ski the best.

As written by CR Johnson (USA):
I find the VCT189 to to be one of the most fun skis I have rode. I'll take it out in deep powder conditions with great results, and take it into the park with an equally satisfying performance. Even with being more of a "fat" ski, I find it to ride the
entire mountain in all conditions very well. The width of the ski provides great stability, and the turn radius makes it very responsive. I have a great time riding this ski all year round.

As written by Wiley Miller (USA):
This ski rips, hands down. I love riding this ski when there is fresh snow and I'm planning on skiing a bunch of different terrain. Probably one of the versatile skis in my quiver, It's the one I grab when I'm not 100% sure if it's gonna be jumps, lines or mini-golf, this stick sends it all.

As written by Even Sigstad (Norway):
If I`m lucky enough to get some good powder I always ski the VCT. Nothing feels better than a feet or two underneath my 182`s. The best powder day I ever had was on the VCT`s. It was snowing hard and I had so much fun skiing in the trees. I promise you the skis wont hold you back, even if your skiing backwards...:):)

As written by Erich Kunz (USA):
If 4FRNT had to cutback and only produce one ski I would go to war for the VCT. If you’re steering clear of the terrain park, this ski should be the only one in your quiver. From taking on lines, slashing through the trees and hitting features outside of the resort the VCT is where it’s at, not to mention Bedard slayed the top sheet graphics.

As written by Charles Bedard (Canada):
As for the vct , well , it's really quite simple. That ski is my hardcore powder jumping ski. It doesn't matter how hard your going on it, the ski will do what he is been created for, stomp. I would say the VCT is the ultimate powder ski for any type of snow. It will do is job in the deep pow just as much as crusty layered snow. The rigidity of the VCT provide you with a great degree of precision and a quick respond when needed. When i don't what the whistler backcountry is hiding from me, the VCT 189 cm are the skis I bring with me.

As written by Erik Naess (Norway):
Almost everywhere I travel I bring these skis, when the bindings are almost centerd it is the most playfull ski in the back country I have tried, and it is just as good for riding in the trees. It is easy to rotate with them, and if you only want one pair of skis, then these are a good suggestion as they also work in the slopes/park.
