Optional Damage Protection and Slope Side Service: For an extra $2 you get peace of mind that any damage that occurs to your Skis or Snowoards will be covered. (Just in case someone crashes into our rental). This also includes our Famous Slope Side Service!! If your rental product has issues or problems, our staff comes to you on the snow within 15 minutes to fix anything that could go wrong with your rental. Why come back to our shop and lose your parking spot!! No other shop in Big Bear has this service! Only $2 (Optional Protection) for all this protection and peace of mind.

Easy, Flexible and Friendly!!!
Amie GillcristWe ordered my family's equipment on-line, drove up, and picked everything up with no problems or delays. The second day, one of our party didn't ski, so the store called the warehouse for us and had our account credited. My daughter wanted to switch from skis to a snowboard on the second day and the switch couldn't have been any easier. Likewise, the 7pm drop off was fast and easy. I'll never rent from another shop!!!
