The K2 Press’s lightweight construction is bolstered by the ski’s unique park inspired flex pattern that gives this ski an extra level of fun and playfulness in the tip and tail. Add in the K2 Jib Rocker technology, and you have the most cost conscious tool the skier needs for the park and beyond.

Features

Jib Rocker– Featuring an elevated tip and tail with zero camber underfoot, Jib Rocker offers the best blend of playfulness for butters and surface tricks combined with enhanced pop for unmatched ollie power. Simply put, Jib Rocker is designed for ollies, butters, and predictable pop.

Park Flex– With the help of its athletes K2 developed a unique core profile that gives the tip and tail a flex pattern with more pop that holds deeper in presses and butters. This park specific core has more flex in the tip and tail but keeps the mid-body rock solid for control and confidence.

Freestyle Baseline 2.0– By designing a ski's profile (rocker and camber) to work in combination with it's overall shape (top shape and sidecut) K2's engineers are able to create skis specifically targeted for a desired type of terrain, ability level, snow condition, and even skiing style.

Forebody– Blunted round tips for a maximized sidecut with reduced weight.

Midbody– Medium waist widths from 85 to 92 mm for solid grip with a moderate sidecut for quick, medium turn shapes.

Tail– Blunted twin tips for a loose, easy release.

Triaxial Braid-The patented Triaxial Braiding machine interlocks strands of fiberglass around a milled core, resulting in great torsional strength while retaining the lively flex patterns inherent in a wood core ski.

Cap Construction- Durable and lightweight “cap” skis are built by a sophisticated molding process that envelopes the core and internal materials with the top layer of the ski. Used throughout our ski line, cap constructions can be assembled with a variety of different cores. These variations, such as glass and/or metal materials, are the determining factors of the skis’ performance.

Swap Base-The bases of these skis can come in two different color ways, depending of how the colors are swapped on the base. This gives two looks to the same ski, and ensures you are not rocking the exact same pair as your buddy who just picked up the same pair of skis.
