The Wave inline action board (Street Surfer) is the board everyone is talking about. There is no other way to get such an amazing ride on the street. It combines the feeling of surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding on 2 wheels. The Wave gives you the ability to do precision 360's, carve downhill and even ride uphill! Yes uphill! No Hills Required!

Two wheel system allows for quick, smooth 360 degree turns The Wave™ features front and rear flexible panels that are controlled by a spring-oriented torsion bar Durable - made from hard plastics, solid wheels, and metal parts Extremely grippy rubber footpads - the riders will never slip The deck is 10 inches wide by 33 1/2 inches long - about the length of a longer skateboard The deck sits atop two wheels which are both free to rotate 360 degrees Wheels are 77mm/85A, with ABEC 5 bearings Weighs just over 8 pounds

HOW TO RIDE!

Place THE WAVE on a very slight downward slope. Place your leading foot in the center of the front platform of the board and position the board so that it is level with the ground. Give a push with your back foot and place that foot in the center of the back platform. Immediately after pushing off, start twisting at your hips. The motion will allow your feet to apply pressure to the board in opposite directions. Once you have the board moving, try using only your back foot to create a fishtail-like back and forth motion or try moving both feet back and forth in the same direction at the same time.

How does THE WAVE Work? THE WAVE board has front and rear flexible panels that are controlled by a spring-oriented torsion bar. It has only two wheels, which are both free to rotate 360 degrees. THE WAVE is self-propelled by twisting your hips and shoulders back and forth in an S-shape motion.

Is it hard to ride?
THE WAVE board only takes a few minutes to learn. After a few hours, most riders become proficient. If you have any trouble, check out our Learn More page and our Videos.

How is it made?
THE WAVE is built with high quality components. The platforms are made of a virtually indestructible ABS plastic. THE WAVE board has a steel torsion bar that never wears down. Wheels have been selected based on a tenuous balance of durability and traction.

Can I replace the wheels on THE WAVE board? What size do I need? Yes, you can replace your own wheels. THE WAVE wheel size is 77mm 85A. All bearings are ABEC 5.
