Bridging the gap between K2’s athlete-inspired Shreditor series to the park and pipe influenced freestyle skis, the men’s Shreditor 92 does it all, from laps in the park to laps on the gondola and everything in between. Designed with features to be quick and maneuverable, this ski dominates hard pack conditions and mellows out the harshest landings, thanks to the dampening ABSorb sidewalls. Continuing K2’s history of creating quality freestyle collections, the Shreditor 92 is the perfect ski for park or powder. Previous models include the K2 Iron Maiden and K2 Kung Fujas.

Features

All-Terrain Rocker– Designed for all ability levels, All-Terrain Rocker adds versatility and ease in all snow conditions. This profile features an elevated tip and tail for variable and soft snow performance, as well as camber underfoot for power, energy, and edgehold in firmer conditions.

Freestyle Baseline 2.0– By designing a ski's profile (rocker and camber) to work in combination with it's overall shape (top shape and sidecut) K2's engineers are able to create skis specifically targeted for a desired type of terrain, ability level, snow condition, and even skiing style.

Tapered Tip– A tapered shifts the widest part further back to reduce tip weight and deflection in soft and variable snow conditions. A tapered tail allows for easier release as you exit the turn for a more playful yet predictable and trusted feel.

Forebody– Blunted round tips for a maximized sidecut with reduced weight.

Midbody– Medium waist widths from 85 to 92 mm for solid grip with a moderate sidecut for quick, medium turn shapes.

Tail– Blunted twin tips for a loose, easy release.

Triaxial Braid-The patented Triaxial Braiding machine interlocks strands of fiberglass around a milled core, resulting in great torsional strength while retaining the lively flex patterns inherent in a wood core ski.

TwinTech Sidewall-Twin Tip specific construction increases the durability of K2 sidewall skis. A traditional sidewall construction produces a 90-degree angle where the top material and sidewall meet. The TwinTech construction rolls the top material into the sidewall, reducing the angle that is prone to abuse, minimizing ski-to-ski impact damage.

ABSorb TwinTech Sidewall-This construction sandwiches a urethane layer in between ABS for shock ABSorption, lessening the impact of harsh landings. Urethane is used underfoot to maximize the dampening, but ABS is used toward the tip and tail to maximize performance and edge control.

Swap Base-The bases of these skis can come in two different color ways, depending of how the colors are swapped on the base. This gives two looks to the same ski, and ensures you are not rocking the exact same pair as your buddy who just picked up the same pair of skis.
